James is Senior Counsel with Cinnamon Mueller in the Washington, D.C. office.  James works with Cinnamon Mueller’s cable and telecommunications clients on regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters related to the provision of multichannel video, voice, and broadband services. Prior to joining Cinnamon Mueller, James accumulated over fifteen years experience as a private attorney representing CLECs, broadband providers and cable operators, and as an attorney with both the Federal Communications Commission and the United States Senate.  James graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1996 and received his B.S. from the College of William and Mary in 1988.  James is admitted to practice in Virginia and Washington D.C.
