Andrea works with Cinnamon Mueller’s cable and telecommunications clients on regulatory and transactional matters. Andreareceived her BA, cum laude with University Honors, from American University in 2005, and her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2010.  While at Indiana, Andrea served as the Senior Managing  Editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal and was selected for publication of her Student Note titled, Behavioral Advertisement Regulation: How the Negative Perception of Deep Packet Inspection Technology May Be Limiting the Online Experience, 62 Fed. Comm. L.J. 435 (2010). Andrea is admitted to practice in Illinois.
